Returns Policy for Millstone

At Millstone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, for any reason, we’re here to help.

1. Purchases from Millstone’s Physical Store in Hebden Bridge.

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Whether the product is opened or unopened, we will do our best to assist you.

  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

2. Purchases from Millstone Website (www.wearemillstone.com)

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • We accept returns for both opened and unopened products, provided the item is in an unused condition. For example, if the product was sampled but did not meet your expectations, we will still process the refund.

  • Contact our customer service at info@wearemillstone.com to initiate a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

3. Purchases from Other Retailers (Physical or Online)

  • If you purchased a Millstone product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for their returns policy.

  • We are unable to process returns for products purchased through third-party retailers.

  • If you encounter any difficulty initiating a return with a third-party retailer, please contact Millstone Customer Support at info@wearemillstone.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@wearemillstone.com within 14 days of purchase or delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
