Where is Millstone based?
Millstone is based in the historic town of Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Our retail outlet is housed in the oldest building in Hebden Bridge, which was built to process grains and other foods during the packhorse route days, which is fitting for our products. You can visit us at Bridge Mill, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8ET.

Millstone is a company founded on doing the right thing. From our beginning, the emphasis has been on people and practice, fairness and fair trade in the literal sense of the word. Our goal is to offer our products with a three month seed to shelf life, this means the most potent of products, which leads to Taste and Health benefits that leave you happier and healthier.
How should I store my Millstone products?
We have designed our packaging in a way that preserves the potency of our products, otherwise known as Taste and Health. The tins are light proof and sealed as well as our 100% composable natureflex bags. This means you can safely keep your Millstone products on high display in your kitchen or pantry.
How can I return an item?
If a product you purchased online isn’t suitable, we’re happy to arrange a free return.
To initiate a return, please contact us below to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Alternatively, if you paid by credit card, you may return your online order for a refund at any of our own Millstone stores in the country where the purchase was made.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, or within 90 days for purchases made between November 1 and December 31.

What delivery options do you offer?
We offer tracked Royal Mail 2 to 3 day delivery on all products. Orders over £40 are posted for free. We will soon be offering international delivery, as well as looking for international distribution. Watch this space.
