We wanted to capture the vibrant colours of Morocco’s medinas, countryside, its atlantic coasts and ice cool mountains. The garlic adds warmth and depth, the lemon brings a refreshing sea breeze while the chili brings heat and a little adventure. All of this on a base of crunchy salt flakes harvested deep within the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. All of the ingredients are organic and single origin.
